韩城矿区下组煤开采底板扰动破坏规律研究

Study on Floor Failure Law of Mining Coal in Hancheng Mine Area

摘要: 针对当前底板破坏深度经验公式在渭北韩城矿区适用性较差的问题,为了合理确定煤层底板扰动破坏深度,科学制定防治水方案,以桑树坪矿3105工作面为研究对象,依据实测底板破坏深度成果,分析确定底板破坏深度影响因素,利用基于有限差分FLAC3D数值模拟,结合多因素非线性回归理论及数据挖掘技术,建立了煤层底板破坏深度与采宽、采深、采厚等因素的多因素回归模型,从而掌握矿区下组煤底板扰动破坏规律。通过实测成果验证并与相关经验公式进行对比,结果表明模型具有较高的准确性,能准确预测韩城矿区煤层底板扰动破坏深度,同时对整个渭北煤田下组煤安全回采具有重要意义。

Abstract: According to the fact that the empirical equation is not suitable for depth of destroyed floor in Hancheng mine area, in order to determine the depth of destroyed floor, for water control measures, the law of depth of destroyed floor must been knew. Taking coal mining face No.3105 of Sangshuping mine as research object, based on the measured value of depth of destroyed floor, main factors of effecting was been determined. Then use the FLAC3D to build a numerical model, combine with linear regression to build a regression model which considering multi-factors. Through compare the measured value of depth of destroyed floor and empirical equation show that the regression model is accurate. It can prediction depth of destroyed floor in Hancheng mine area, Of great significance to coal mining in Weibei coalfield.
